Barry McKinstray

Barry McKinstray

The local father is the Lib Dem candidate for Hart, offering a real alternative to the Conservative Councillor we currently have.

Barry is keen to push for a fair deal for residents from the council, and ensure that Council Tax is spent wisely - and in a way that benefits all.

Mike Noppen for Seaton

Mike Noppen

Mike is Hartlepool Liberal Democrats' candidate for the Seaton ward.

After moving to Hartlepool over 20 years ago, Mike has been active in the community ever since - if elected to be the next Councillor for his home ward of Seaton, Mike would push for improvements to our local NHS Services, particularly supporting local dentistry.

Mike also vows to be a strong local voice for residents on the Council, and if elected will report back through regular leaflets all-year-round.

Sam Carr for Throston

Sam Carr

Sam is Hartlepool Liberal Democrats' candidate for the Throston ward.

Sam has lived in Hartlepool his whole life, and if elected, will work hard to improve local bus services, and support local schools to promote positive outcomes.
